Today is a good day to start on this adventure.
I have way too many "human resources" in my house.
There are 7 inches of snow and ice on our roads in Williamsburg, VA. Several of our weekend guests cannot get home safely and so are staying for a 3rd night!
I'll write an explanation of my blog title soon.

- I am currently on hiatus from my Human Resources career. I have taken a few years off to restore my energy and passion for Human Resources. Spending more time with my two daughters and husband and a few years in graduate school has done the trick! I will graduate with a Master of Science degree in Business and Human Resources in May and I am really excited to go back into the "field".
